Residential Sports Camps

• Select your Camp Options. If you are unsure which camp(s) to select, learn about them here:

  • Field Hockey Residential Camp

  • Soccer Residential Camp

• Add English lessons if required. This is at no extra cost.

• Select activity day if required (+£60). This protects a substantial portion of your booking funds in the event of last-minute injury / illness meaning you are not able to participate in the camps. Read full information here. You can also add this later (up until 1 July 2022).

• Select a payment option. You can choose to make your full camp payment now (£1,395), or pay a deposit only (£400) and complete your payment later.

• Once all of the above is selected, click Add to Cart. Complete the registration form.

• Once completed, go to your Cart and Checkout. We strongly advise you to Create an account when you are in the Checkout process. This means that you can log in at any time to keep track of your bookings.

• Please ensure you are aware of our Cancellations Policy before booking. We would advise considering our Injury / Sickness Cover.

• You will receive a confirmation email after making your initial booking, with your booking reference number. Please keep this for future reference. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us.

• After your booking is made, you will need to complete further steps, including:

  • Paying your Outstanding Balance if you only paid a deposit with your initial booking. Your Outstanding Balance must be paid by 31 May.

  • Purchasing ‘Add-Ons’ (e.g. airport transfers, Injury / Sickness Cover etc). These are optional items you may wish to add to your booking.

• We will send you a full camp information document and checklist after you have booked (closer to the date of the camp), so you have all the information you need about the camp, what your player needs to bring and any steps you should take ahead of the camp. This will help to ensure you know everything you need to, so you can send your player to us worry-free and enable them to have a world-class experience with us.

Once you have booked on, help us to spread the word! For every new booker to EVO Residential Sports Camps who names you in their sign-up form, we will refund you 10% of your booking fee. There is no limit on this - if you bring 10 of your friends to camp with you, your space will be free! See full Terms & Conditions here
